Depending on your needs, we’ll work on your self-esteem, time management, finding resources, non-violent communication, recognising your needs and giving yourself the right to respond to them, managing your emotions in a different way, balancing your mental load, parenting etc…
Appointments are generally 2 weeks apart.
Included in the package:
- The yellow binder and worksheets in physical or pdf format, depending on your preference.
- My availability between appointments to answer your questions and encourage you if you need it.
This offer is flexible according to your needs.
Payments can be spread out at no extra cost: per appointment, per month, in one go.
