A series of 10 coaching sessions to help you avoid burn-out.

Depending on your needs, we’ll work on your self-esteem, time management, finding resources, non-violent communication, recognising your needs and giving yourself the right to respond to them, managing your emotions in a different way, balancing your mental load, parenting etc…

Appointments are generally 2 weeks apart.

Included in the package:

  • The yellow binder and worksheets in physical or pdf format, depending on your preference.
  • My availability between appointments to answer your questions and encourage you if you need it.
